Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum Review

I seem to find myself on a Drunk Elephant kick lately but my skin has been loving it. My wallet? Not so much.

Drunk Elephant products can be pretty expensive so I’ve been trying to watch for sales or value sets. Ideally I want to try a smaller version of the product to make sure I love it before shelling out a lot more for the full size. Which now leads us to this little guy. I got the C-firma in a little kit with the B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum. Together they are meant to brighten and illuminate.

So far I’ve tried the C-firma serum and I really like it. I was a little apprehensive at first because if felt like I was just rubbing oil into my skin and didn’t want to go from dry to oily but it has worked really well for my skin. I get a really dry nose in some areas and my skin gets pretty dry between my eyebrows. This serum has really helped with that. I don’t even put it on everyday anymore because it has helped so much. I tend to apply it every 2-3 days.

Another thing I like about this is that there are no fragrances added. It smells like the ingredients which in this case is pumpkin ferment extract so there is a very faint pumpkin smell. This product falls under the Clean at Sephora section. That basically means there are under 50 ingredients. This is vegan, glutton-free, and of course, cruelty free!

it’s been fantastic for my sensitive skin so I definitely recommend checking it out. The Rise and Glow Brightening Duo is still available at Sephora for $30 CAD (as of November 16th).

What is your go to skin care product?
