My skin has had a mind of its own lately and it is driving me nuts. I’m breaking out, my nose feels oily and my forehead feels dry. I’m a mess.
I decided to use this mask as I haven’t used it in a while so I figured why not? If you live the smell of coffee then this is for you! It smells very strong with a hint of something perfume like.
There are coffee grinds in it which is so exfoliating. My skin feels incredibly soft, my nose doesn’t feel greasy anymore too! I’m still breaking out a bit but you can’t win them all I guess. I loved using this but it’s a bit of a pain to get off.
First to put it on, I wash my face and then slather this mask on. I scrub it in for a minute or two then let it sit for about 10 minutes. Washing it off is a bit of a pain. I use a warm wet facecloth to get it off but it takes a whole lot of rinsing. Getting all the coffee grounds off was a pain but still worth it.
This Cup O’Coffee mask is for face and body but I’ve only ever used it for my face so far. You can get it at Lush and it comes in a tub as 150g or 325g.
Have you ever made your own coffee mask before? I might try that!

I love this mask. Between this one and Ocean Salt, I don’t know which one I love more. I use Ocean Salt like a 10 minute mask when I am breaking out and it dries everything out. Except my face. lol

I haven’t tried the Ocean Salt one yet but maybe I’ll have to try that one next!
