The Child Finder Book Review

I’m back at it with my suspense/mystery books! I just can’t help it. The Child Finder by Rene Denfeld was really good. I just happened upon it when I was looking around on Indigo’s site.

The Child Finder is actually our main character. She travels from state to state looking for missing children. Some have been missing for years and some for days. She’s fantastic at what she does but she struggles with her latest case as memories of her own past start to rise to the surface.

This book goes back and forth between perspectives. With every chapter new information is revealed and you start trying to figure out what is happening and what happened to The Child Finder. It’s hard not to give anything away so I won’t talk about it too much.

Though I do want to mention the ending, I liked it for the most part but I need more information! This book could easily have a sequel and I would definitely buy it! We learn a lot but there is so much more left out, it drives me crazy.

Have you guys read any books by Rene Denfeld? This is the first I’ve heard of her.
