Keto cream cheese pancakes recipe

This is the easiest no-carb breakfast recipe EVER. I don’t have anywhere close to the willpower to be on the Keto diet but my little sister did it for awhile and she happened to be home for a week of it. During this time she taught me a lot about the benefits of this diet and we got to try many low/no carb meals.

This recipe has minimal ingredients which means it takes little time to make as well.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cream cheese

2 eggs

1tbs sugar replacement (xylitol)

Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Blend cream cheese and eggs until smooth, add in xylitol and cinnamon. Cook 3-4 minutes per side.

Makes 3-4 pancakes.

The only way I can describe the taste of these pancakes is like eating thin French toast. It has the taste of French toast thanks to the egg and cinnamon but is thin like a pancake. It has an egg-like texture, but is so delicious. To my surprise, they were very filling as well. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who is looking for a healthy alternative for a fun breakfast.
